Similarly, Xinyun Li celebrated her birthday there, describing her stay as ‘absolutely AMAZING’ and highlighting the warm-hearted hospitality from the staff, especially when they assisted with a lost phone charger.

While some guests, like Donna Hart, mentioned minor drawbacks, such as limited toiletries in the bathroom, these small issues were outweighed by the hotel's professional and friendly staff. Their commitment to maintaining a high standard of service is well recognized across reviews, contributing to an overall feeling of comfort and warmth while staying at this charming locale.

The spacious suites are another highlight, allowing visitors to relax in a home-like environment. Nikan Negaresh outlined how he felt proud hosting guests in such a warm and well-equipped suite. In summary, Hapimag Stadtresidenz Edinburg not only serves as a stunning place to stay but also offers a unique experience filled with warmth, historical significance, and modern comfort. What an amazing place to stay! Grateful to have found Hapimag. A short 10 minute walk to Princes Street and everything around. 20 min walk to Edinburgh Castle and 45 minute walk to Holyrood Palace (end of Royal Mile) so everything we wanted to see was in walking distance from here. Beautiful hotel. Everything about it was just great. Room was fantastic. Wife and daughter kept saying it reminded them of a Jane Austen movie. Decor was wonderful, beds were super comfy. Our room included two single Murphy beds that the kids used while we had our own master bedroom. Plenty of room to just sprawl out and enjoy the space. Would highly recommend for a stay in Edinburgh!

We stayed here over the weekend, the suite we stayed in was extremely spacious sitting dining and sleeping area, the bathroom was victorian looking with shower cubicle large separate bath toilet, the only thing I thought let it down slightly was the lack of toiletries in the bathroom, and a huge crack in the bathroom sink! Although the staff on reception where super nice and very professional and we would stay here again

I stayed at this hotel for my birthday last month. It was an absolutely AMAZING experience. The room was historic but stylish. Very spacious. The staff were very friendly. I lost my charger and cable that night and my phone only had 2% battery at that time. The receptionist helped me charge my phone. The complimentary gift was really heartwarming! I have recommended this hotel to my friends and will definitely come back again!

Very cozy hotel, great location. Helpful and kind staff. The only thing is, we had a classic room and we asked for a room not on the -1 floor, but we were told that all such rooms are on the -1 floor, with the exception of 2 rooms, but judging by the photo reviews, there are quite a few such rooms not on the -1 floor. It's a pity that they couldn't give us such a room in honor of our birthday and honeymoon... Nevertheless, the hotel is wonderful and I would recommend it

Absolutely gorgeous hotel. We have 25-30ft ceilings and it is gigantic. We even have a view of the North Sea! Everything looks historical but is so comfortable, luxurious, and so well done. The towels are gigantic and fluffy, the water pressure is amazing. We had 2 bay view windows and the evening breeze is wonderful
